ORANGE GINGER BEEF STIR-FRY

1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbs Heinz 57 sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
pinch crushed red pepper
1/2 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1/2 medium onion, cut into eighths
2 tbs vegetable oil, divided
1/2 tsp grated gingerroot

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. In wok or large skillet, stir-fry broccoli, carrots and onion in 1 tbs oil until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes; remove. Quickly stir-fry beef and gingerroot in remaining 1 tbs oil just until steak loses its red color. Return vegetables to wok. Stir in reserved 57 Sauce mixture; heat until thickened. Serves 2.
