Chicken Stir-Fry

1 cup white rice
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb red wine vinegar
1/2 tb ground ginger
2 ts light brown sugar
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 cup frozen peas

Make sauce by combining Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, ground ginger and brown sugar. Cook rice according to package directions and set aside. Heat wok and add sesame oil. Add chicken and sauce mixture and cook until chicken is almost cooked through. Add rice and peas and simmer until heated through. Serve immediately.
