Italian Breaded Steak and Pasta Olio Aglio

Italian Breaded Steak
1 pound thin-cut round steak or sirloin
Italian bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten

Trim fat, tenderize so all steaks are about 1/4" to 3/8" thick. Dip steak in egg, then in bread crumbs. Cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes each side in butter over medium heat until a light brown.

Pasta Olio Aglio
1 pound angel hair pasta
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil over low heat until translucent. Add butter. Cook pasta according to directions. Stir pasta into sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
