Chinese Pepper Steak

1-1/2 to 2 lbs boneless round or top sirloin
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/3 onion
3 red or green peppers (mix & match), sliced
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1 14 oz can bean sprouts, drained
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pkg white rice

Slice steak into thin strips. Saute onion and garlic over low heat. Add steak, cook medium. Add veggies, cook until tender. (Start water for rice.) Add sauces and sprouts, simmer. Serve over rice.
