1 lb scallops
1/4 cup butter
1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 tb lemon juice
1/8 t pepper
1/8 t garlic salt
1/2 tb dry vermouth

Preheat the oven to 325deg F. Wash the scallops and pat dry. Place in a buttered 8-inch baking dish or a stoneware baking pan. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon on top of the scallops. Cover the dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
