18 Chicken wings -- drumsticks
3 Garlic cloves -- minced
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp Five spice powder
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup White wine
1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Mix together and place chicken in marinade for 1 or more hours.

Bake at 350degF for 30-40 minutes keep basting. Cook on grill and brush with marinade to crispen.
